The mental stuff is a result of either spirits implanting thoughts in our heads that we believe are ours or they can speak in audible voices and even telepathically.
Sudden buzzing that sounds like an energy wave just beamed right through your head. Sort of sounds like an emergency broadcast sound.
“Migraines” or “headache” in hyper specific areas. They can rest primarily on the left or right hand side as a rule, not an exception.
Strong pulsation in the thumbs, ears, stomach, pelvic or groin areas that are not present in other parts of the body.

Chills like someone is inappropriately touching you in the groin or breast area
Finding evil underlying themes in media and music you didn’t notice before.
Having a series of unexplainable misfortune all around you
